BUY THE BOOKWHAT IF THE PROBLEM IS NOT STRUGGLE ITSELF?
Life will challenge you whether you choose it or not.
But there is a difference between the struggle that slowly drains you and the struggle that leads somewhere.
Deliberate Struggle is not about choosing suffering.
It is about choosing direction.
THE BOOK
A memoir about leaving comfort and choosing growth.
At thirty-three, Sarantuya Dugar left Mongolia with two red suitcases, uncertain English, and no master plan.
What followed was four chaotic years of wrong buses, hotel housekeeping, a Centra till, Louis Vuitton, Dior, grief, burnout, Rome, and one disastrous Ryanair ticket that changed everything.
Part memoir and part invitation, Deliberate Struggle is for anyone who feels stuck inside a life that looks fine from the outside but no longer feels like their own.
The life you want may be on the other side of the struggle you keep avoiding.
AVAILABLE ON AMAZONWHAT IS DELIBERATE STRUGGLE?
Deliberate Struggle is the challenge you choose because it leads somewhere.
Is this struggle building me, or simply draining me?
A deliberate struggle may look like starting over, learning a language, going back to university, building a business, having an uncomfortable conversation, or taking one small honest step toward the life you keep imagining.
The challenge does not have to be enormous.
It simply has to be yours.
